Return and Exchange Policy
Customers have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited to the the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
* To be eligible for return and exchange, the item must be unused and in the original packaging as you received.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
We do check for any damages before every shipment. However, if an item arrive with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within within 48 hours of receipt. Email via email@example.com ASAP so we can make it right!
Damaged or Stolen Packages
Any destroyed or stolen packages due to shipping carrier will not be refunded. Please contact your local mail office to dispute a case with them. Refuse Club does not take liability for any lost packages once tracking information is available. Once the package is handed off to a parcel or postal service, the delivery is out of our control.
Customers are responsible to keep track of your package. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order is shipped. Please make sure to provide a correct email address and contact number. Refuse Club does not take liability for any lost packages due to wrong address information provided by the customer.
